Terms of Use

3.1 General

The User is obliged to use the Portal correctly in accordance with applicable laws in Australia and this Legal Disclaimer.

The User shall be responsible to the Company or third parties for any damages caused as a consequence of non-fulfilment of this obligation, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any rights the User may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

3.2 Contents

The User agrees to use the Contents in accordance with applicable laws and this Legal Disclaimer, as well as any other conditions, regulations or instructions that may apply.

In accordance with applicable legislation, the User must refrain from:

a) Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the Contents unless authorised by law or expressly agreed to by the Company or the owner of the relevant rights

b) Reproducing or copying the Contents for purposes that may be considered software or database use under intellectual property laws, or making such Content available to third parties where this involves reproduction

c) Extracting and/or reusing all or a substantial part of the Contents of the Portal, including databases made available by the Company

3.3 Information Collection Forms

Use of certain services or requests on the Portal may require completion of user forms.

All information provided by the User must be accurate, complete and up to date. The User guarantees the truthfulness of all information provided and agrees to maintain it accordingly.

The User is responsible for any loss or damage arising from false or inaccurate information provided, to the extent permitted by law.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

3.4 Inserting Links to the Portal

Any user wishing to insert links to the Portal must comply with the following conditions:

  • The link must direct to the homepage of the Portal and must not reproduce the website or its content in any form (including inline links, copying of text, graphics, or framing)
  • It is prohibited to create frames or similar structures that display the Portal or its Contents under a different URL, or in a way that may mislead users about the origin of the content
  • The linking website must not contain false, misleading or deceptive statements about the Company, its products, services, or representatives
  • The linking website must not imply any endorsement, approval, sponsorship or association with the Company unless expressly authorised
  • The use of any trademarks, branding, or distinguishing marks of the Company is prohibited unless authorised or permitted by law
  • The linking website must comply with all applicable laws and must not contain or link to content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate

The Company reserves the right to request removal of any link that does not comply with these conditions.
