For credit and debit card payments, transactions are processed securely via WooCommerce Payments, PayPal, Afterpay and Klarna once your payment details have been verified.

Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

All transactions are protected using SSL encryption and secure HTTPS protocols to ensure confidentiality and data protection.

Means of Payment

All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD), regardless of the payment method or the country from which the purchase is made.

Bank Transfer

Payment is considered complete once funds have been received and cleared in the nominated account under OTOSTICK AUSTRALIA.

Orders will only be processed after confirmation of payment.

Fraudulent transactions are taken seriously. The Company reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including reporting suspected fraud to relevant authorities.

We take reasonable steps to ensure all transactions are secure. However, while we use industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
